If you are returning the product, please take a note that some small irregularities in pattern, weaving, color, design etc signifies these are handcrafted products and therefore are truely unique in nature. These are not machine crafted products and therefore we would appreciate if you can consider that before returning any product. Inspite of this, if you still want to return, MELA have a very friendly return policy. Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. Please see below for more details regarding this. We follow "No Returns Policy" except in following conditions: 1. Product was damaged or had defects 2. Wrong product was shipped Further conditions for return: a. All items must have the original security tag and label and must be returned in the same conditions as delivered by the Company. Any item returned showing signs of wear or tear, altered, resized (by anyone / entity other than the Company) or damaged in any other manner shall not be accepted for return. b. All requests for return of product have to be placed within Seven (7) days from the date of delivery. No return requests will be processed after Seven (7) days from receipt of item(s). c. The product to be returned has to be neatly packed in a box in which it came with to and from address clearly written on the box.
